Operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, Copper Roastery is devoted to sourcing, grading, and roasting the finest specialty coffee. We serve the evolving needs of regional partners and specialty coffee enthusiasts who value quality, transparency, and ethical sourcing.
Our mission is clear: to champion fair trade practices across the coffee journey—from farm to cup—while delivering consistency, excellence, and social responsibility in everything we do.
At Copper, we believe in building a connected coffee community. We actively engage, educate, and collaborate with farmers, roasters, brewers, and coffee lovers, with a strong focus on knowledge-sharing and giving back.
Coffee has deep roots in Arab history. Once cherished by mystics and scholars, its cultural connection has faded over time as global coffee trends took hold. At Copper, we are reigniting that legacy—honoring tradition while embracing innovation—to restore Arabia’s timeless bond with coffee.
The Premises
Copper’s state-of-the-art coffee roasting and warehousing facility offers a humidity and temperature-controlled storage environment.
 10,000 square feet allowing for the handling tons of coffee.
An internal coffee lab and dedicated cupping area that follows the industry’s best practices and utilizes high-quality/tech analysis tools.

The premise is equipped with a staging room, where it’s furnished with a thermostatically controlled space that stores green coffee ready to be roasted as per customer preference.
The facility is fully insulated and purposely built with a low-emission HVAC system.
Software tools support the roasting process that minimizes the risk of inconsistency.

The roasting/automatic scaling, filling, bagging, and sealing/brewing equipment have been made by reputable organizations in the industry for decades, such as CoffeeTool, Slayer, etc.
We are HACCP certified.
