• Your purchase will be dispatched depending on the pick-up schedule of the delivery carrier.
• For urgent shipments, there is a fixed charge of OMR 2 in addition to the shipping fees.
• If you place an order on Thursdays, it will be processed on the following Sunday of the upcoming week.
• Discount codes are only applicable to the value of the purchased items and not to the value of the shipping fees.
• We now ship worldwide, allowing you to select a home or work address for delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Items can be returned within 5 days of the original delivery date, provided they are in unused and original condition. Eligible returns will receive a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
